We started Home in the Hunter to transform many of the frustrations people have with real estate agents. One of the frustrations we heard most often was, ‘what is going on with my sale?’. Our Hunter-first technology shows you in real time what buyers are saying, what your agent is saying, your property’s views, contracts issued and much more. It provides you with the data you need, to make the decisions you need to make.

03. Free home styling

We aren’t just selling a property, we are telling a story of what it could be like to live here. The story begins at home and continues to local coffee, parks, schools, walks and adventures. Our Co-Founder Laura has styled many celebrities homes for Vogue, Belle & Marie Claire, along with some of Australia’s largest events. She works with your existing pieces together with extra items from our warehouse to help your home’s photography stand out and significantly maximise your sale price. Achieving a good result relies upon the competition we can build amongst buyers, and attracting buyers comes down to the story your photography tells.

04. Complimentary buying service

Selling your home with us is just the beginning of us doing all we can to help you in your property dreams. If you are selling we us, we love to help you in your buying journey. We provide our clients with complimentary reports and strategic advice on any property they may be considering, saving them many $$$ in the process. We will inspect the property (if it is in the Hunter region) and we will provide you with a free full property/suburb data report, and negotiation strategy when you get to that stage. Many of our clients still call us 5 years down the track and we love hearing what they are up too!
